În 2010, clubul incearca o revitalizare cu lansarea unei noi serii de compilatii intitulata, ‘Ministry Of Sound Club present’, un serial muzical ce va avea sase episoade pe an, promovand DJ-ii de nivel international care transforma weekend-ul MOS într-un loc de nelipsit pentru multa lume. Fiecare aparitie va fi mai mult decat un simplu mix cd, pe
un disc fiind un mix iar pe cel de-al doilea productii ?i remixuri în exclusivitate ale artistilor în cauza.
